(Under Forms in the main menu)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Medical Membership is 40 Euros for 120 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Membership renewed after feedback is given,via the feedback form.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">120 day renewals are given for up to one year, so as a medical member you could end up paying 40 euros for the year! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Feedback assist us to give you and other members and medical users a better service and provides us with a better understanding of how to deal with specific users needs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">If no feed back is given within between 30 and 90 days after you start your medical membership your\u00a0 membership will expire after 120 days.
