I prefer cracked corn as it\u2019s less mess. 40 oz of 2 row malted barley, ground.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Bring 4 gallon of water to a boil then turn off heat and add corn.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong> Add 10 lbs of sugar. Stir for around 5 minutes. Cover and let cool to 155\u00b0F then add the barley. Stir another 5 minutes. Cover and let stand for 90 minutes. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Then add the rest of your water. At below 90\u00b0F pitch your yeast.
