Malting hemp - This will need more work if malting hemp is still needed
25% gone to far 25% did not open at best I got 50% to malt
Dried and processed in the same way as I have malted barley
I did 4 tests before i got this all messed up i called them hemp mash MK0, MK1A and MK1B

222g hemp seed ground slowly
33g malted barley
A little sugar and yeast
Hemp mash MK1A
222g Hemp seed malted ground slowly
33g of Malted Barley 150
Glucoamylase 0.01g
Alpha Amylase 0.01g
Hemp Mash MK1B
222g of Hemp seed malted ground slowly
33g of Malted Barley 150
55g of Corn Crushed
Glucoamylase 0.01g
Alpha amylase 0.01g

222g of ground malted hemp

84.% Hemp
6% 150 Malted Barley
10% Cracked Corn
Water 4.5L
Sugar 777g
Yeast 20g
Glucoamylase 0.01g
Alpha amylase 0.01g
Bring water to a boil then turn off heat
Add cracked corn and hemp
Stir for around 5 minutes.
Cover and let cool to 68.33°C (63.5°C)
then add the barley.
Stir for around 5 minutes.
Cover and let cool to
55-60°C pH of 4.0 to 5.0
Add glucoamylase at 2g per 25L
Stir for around 5 minutes.
Cover and let cool to 45 to 50°C and a pH of 4.5 5.5
Added alpha amylase at 2g per 25L
Stir for around 5 minutes.
Cover and let stand for 20 minutes.
Brix 2.75
Strain
Added sugar. Brix 25+
Stir another 5 minutes. Then add the rest of your water.
At below 26.66°C pitch your yeast.
Wait 10 minutes then stir gently to incorporate the yeast.
24 hour later this happened
I pulled a small amount let stand for 60 mins removing the lower part every 10 mins
then added 50 ml of water at 60°C and drained
added another 100ml at 75°C and drained
added another 100ml at 75°C and drained
well that turn out OK my 1st 10ml of hemp oil

Barley 15% = 33.3g
Corn 25% = 55.25g
222g per 2 Litre water
Ground hemp seed 65% =266.9g
Barley 15% = 66.6g
Corn 25% = 110.5g
Water 4L
Sugar 777g
Yeast 16g
Glucoamylase 0.01g
Alpha amylase 0.01g
Bring water to a boil
Add cracked corn and hemp
simmer and Stir for 10 minutes.
Turn off heat
let cool to 68.33°C (63.5°C)
then add the barley.
Stir for around 20 minutes.
Cover and let cool to
