Your shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via 3 day shipping with tracking via myhermes or royal mail without tracking, whichever is the cheapest. If you prefer delivery by another method please contact us before purchase. we post twice a week to reduce our carbon footprint and give us time to produce our products.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Shipments and returns
All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unused and in their original packaging in unspoiled condition. Items can be returned for replacement, refund or exchanging for a different size or colour subject to a re-postage charge. Please note that packing and postage costs are direct costs and as such are the customers responsibility, we will refund the purchase cost of the item. Refunds will be minus postage.
